Sallie Holmes LAC, LPCC, NCC, C-AAIS, EMDR Trained
Many of us carry stories or patterns that once helped us cope with pain or pressure but now get in the way of living fully. You may be facing grief, whether through loss, trauma, or attachment wounds, or longing for clarity, stability, and more flexible ways of being that align with who you are and who you want to be.

I specialize in grief, addiction, and trauma, using EMDR and other evidence-based approaches tailored to your goals. Together, we’ll uncover strengths, build resilience, and create pathways toward healing and stability. Animal-Assisted Interventions are part of my practice, and my therapy dog, Gloria, may join us with her grounding presence.

Grief, trauma, and substance use can weigh heavily on their own, and even more so when they intersect. You don’t have to face that alone. Therapy with me is steady, direct, and rooted in compassion and your strengths. The process can help you approach what hurts with care and open space for new possibilities to emerge.
